Image limits, backups and print tips
Up to 15 steps, 120-character titles, 4,000 characters per instruction and 2,000 general-note characters. A photo is optional; written instructions are required for printing. Revision dates must be from 1900–2199.
JPEG and PNG only. Source images: at most 10 MB, 12,000 pixels per side and 24 megapixels. Copies are resized to a 1,600-pixel longest side, preserving proportions; each saved copy must fit 5 MB and the whole JSON backup must fit 30 MB. Original files are never changed. Transparency is preserved for PNG. Browser orientation handling is used; check your photo and use Rotate if needed.
Only browser memory is used. Backups are unencrypted local JSON files; save them somewhere appropriate. A downloaded backup is a request to your browser, not a verified disk save. No tracking, cloud sync, procedure generation, employee records or approval service.
Print opens your browser’s print dialog. Check all pages in preview before using or sharing a checklist. Photo blocks avoid page breaks; long instructions may continue to the next page. Real-browser, mobile and print-output checks are still pending for this beta.
Free beta, privacy and limits
No account. No charge. This beta has no login or billing. Up to 15 steps. JPEG/PNG sources: 10,000,000 bytes, 12,000 pixels per side and 24,000,000 pixels total. Resized copies: 1,600 pixels per side and 5,000,000 bytes; entire JSON backup: 30,000,000 bytes. Use non-sensitive, owner-reviewed routines only; this is not a safety or compliance system.
Your inputs are processed locally, not uploaded by this app. When hosted, the hosting provider receives normal access logs for page and asset requests, such as your IP address, request time and browser information. No app analytics or tracking scripts are included. Choosing the ModuCove home link leaves this app and makes a request to that website.
Work stays in browser memory; there is no automatic saving. JSON backups embed your photos and instructions. Downloads and printouts are unencrypted; keep them private. Closing or reloading loses unsaved work. Resetting the checklist does not delete downloaded files.
Browser rendering, native downloads, keyboard and screen-reader behavior still require real-browser checks. Review outputs before relying on or sharing them.
